CARRYFORTE currently provides free standard shipping on all orders.
Any available express-shipping options and their prices will be displayed during checkout.
Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Estimated delivery time
Most orders are expected to arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays and unusually high order volumes may affect delivery.
Tracking your order
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping-confirmation message containing your tracking details.
Tracking information may take several days to update after dispatch. A temporary lack of updates does not necessarily mean that the shipment has stopped moving.
Incorrect delivery information
Please check your name, address and contact information carefully before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error, visit our Support page and submit the contact form immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing.
CARRYFORTE cannot be responsible for orders delivered incorrectly because inaccurate or incomplete information was submitted during checkout.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges determined by the destination country.
Unless stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Delayed, missing or damaged orders
